Impact Directors is a Houston based experiential learning organization that helps individuals master three core skills of modern business: Business Negotiations, Business Diplomacy, and Business Leadership. Our mission is to turn the next generation into expert negotiators, visionary leaders, and strategic diplomats. We do this by turning global economic and business challenges into live simulations, creating environments where participants negotiate deals, navigate crises, and build alliances like real executives, and helping them connect their work to broader themes such as inclusive growth, innovation, and sustainable development, in line with the spirit of UN and UNIDO initiatives.

Our Story

Impact Directors was created with a simple belief: real leaders are made in real situations, not just in classrooms. After years of working on large-scale diplomacy, leadership simulations, and United Nations Immersion Programmes around the world, our founding team identified a gap: there were countless conferences about business, but very few that allowed participants to actually practice business decision-making in a realistic, structured way. Impact Directors was born to fill that gap—a space where students, young professionals, and emerging leaders can safely make big decisions, learn from mistakes, and grow, and a platform where practical business skills are developed through action, reflection, and feedback, rather than theory alone.
