The methodology integrates expert-led insights, simulations, case-based discussions, and collaborative exercises to help participants understand how leadership decisions and business strategies are applied in dynamic professional environments. It also emphasizes cross-cultural awareness, communication effectiveness, and adaptive thinking in diverse organizational settings.

The programme is delivered by a diverse team of distinguished professionals selected for their expertise and industry experience, including senior business leaders, leadership coaches, corporate strategists, negotiation experts, and specialists in organizational development and global business practices.

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion recognizing their participation and learning achievements. The certificate will be issued by Impact Directors.

Full attendance and active participation throughout the programme are required to qualify for certification. In addition, participants will be invited to complete a post-programme feedback form to support the continuous improvement and development of future editions.

All payments made to Impact Directors are subject to the terms outlined in this policy. In the event of cancellation, withdrawal, travel disruption, visa refusal, medical issues, or scheduling conflicts, eligible participants may receive compensation in the form of a Credit Voucher. No cash refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

Participants may also request a transfer of their registration to another programme organized by Impact Directors, subject to approval and availability. Requests for transfer to external or third-party events will not be considered.

Eligibility for Credit Voucher or Transfer

Only participants who have completed full payment of the programme fee are eligible to request either a Credit Voucher or a transfer. Participants who have made partial or installment payments are not eligible for refunds, vouchers, or transfers.

Ineligible Payments

Any initial or partial installment payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and will be treated as a cancellation fee in all cases.

Submission Timeline and Applicable Conditions

All requests for Credit Vouchers or programme transfers must be submitted through the official Impact Directors communication channel or designated application platform.

A request may only be approved if both of the following conditions are met:
(a) the participant has completed full payment with no outstanding balance; and
(b) the request is submitted within the approved eligibility window as determined by Impact Directors prior to the programme start date.

If these conditions are not met, cancellation charges will apply based on the timing of the request, as follows:

30–44 days prior to programme start: 30% retained; 70% issued as Credit Voucher
20–29 days prior: 50% retained; 50% issued as Credit Voucher
10–19 days prior: 75% retained; 25% issued as Credit Voucher
0–9 days prior: 100% retained; classified as No-Show; no voucher issued
Credit Voucher Terms and Conditions

Credit Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may be used only for programmes directly organized by Impact Directors. Vouchers are non-cashable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for monetary value under any circumstances unless explicitly approved in writing by Impact Directors.
